Below I have updated the 2014 SHA Player Agreement for those that do not wear a mouthguard and/or shinpads.
Please fill out & sign 2 copies of the form and bring to every game. A legible digital copy will suffice.
If queried by an umpire and unable to produce a signed document you will be asked to leave the field.
